This information applies to items you have purchased from MOVISI.

Important: To ensure that safe arrival of your consignment, please note the following points:
Please contact us before you send us an item. You will receive further information regarding transport and the return address.
In any case, please never send the item to our business address, as our logistics centre is not on site.

Please note that a returned item may take a few days to reach us and that we may require some time to process the item.
For return shipments: If the returned item weighs more than 20 kg or if it is too large for parcel delivery (dimensions larger than 120x60x60 cm), please contact our customer service. We will then ensure that the item is picked up. Otherwise, we cannot offer a refund.
All payments made by MOVISI are transferred to the bank or credit card account you used for your order. You will be notified about the credit given by email. In case of a purchase on account, in which you have not yet transferred the invoiced amount, you may disregard the invoice.
