14-day return window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items. Ensure they are complete, unused, and undamaged. This policy doesn't affect your legal rights. Learn more about withdrawal rights here.
Note: Items tailored to customer specifications are exempt from voluntary returns.

Return process and costs

You can return your order using your regular postal service, You cover the return costs. 

For customers in EU countries, Switzerland, and the UK, we offer the convenience of a return label (return label service is not available for Croatia and Malta).

If you opt for our return label, associated costs will be deducted from the refund; you can email us to get the price: return@movisi.com

Packing guidelines

Avoid damage and contamination. Ideally, return items in the original packaging with all accessories. If unavailable, use suitable packaging for protection.

•    Fill out the cancellation form or contact us before returning

•    No freight forwarded shipments accepted.
•    Ensure sufficient franking.
•    Note that the return and processing times vary.

Returns within Germany

For returns exceeding 31 kg or dimensions over 120x60x60 cm, contact customer service. We'll arrange pickup; otherwise, a refund isn't possible.

Refund Process

All payments by MOVISI will be made using the payment method used for your order. Email notification will confirm the credit. Unpaid invoice amounts for "purchase on account" become void upon return.
